Śrī Madhvāchārya

Śree Madhvāchārya had refuted the Māyāvāda school of thought and established tattva-vād, hence his lineage became very renowned. Śree Madhvāchārya is the third incarnation of wind god (Vāyu) after Śree Hanumān and Śree Bhīma. For this reason, Śree Madhvāchārya was a very mighty person with inconceivable power.

On Vijaya-Dasami, the Adhivas Tithi for Kartik-Vrata

Srila Gurudev first narrates about Mahaprabhu’s pastimes on Vijaya-dasami Tithi and the significance of this Tithi as described in Chaitanya Charitamrita. He then remembers an incident of Uddharan Prabhu, a disciple of Prabhupad, to show how a person having service attitude can accomplish any difficult task assigned to him. Srila Gurudev then sings the glories of Madhvacharya in brief. And the third topic he has elaborated on is about the practices to be performed during Kartik-vrata and their significance. Total absorption in service is possible when there is deep love for the object of worship and the steps to enter into that state are given in ashta-yaam.
